Returns

Please contact info@catherinewhiteinteriors.com before returning any items.

We offer refunds if you let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods, and return the product within 14 days of notifying us.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free.

We cannot offer returns for bespoke prints, once the design has been signed off, unless the print quality is at fault.

All goods that are being returned must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the Buyer received them. Returned goods that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded, and will be returned to the Buyer.

Paper Prints

Borders

Prints are not full-bleed, but come with a narrow white border to help with framing.

Colours

All monitors are not created equal! The colour on your screen may not be an exact match to the print that arrives. If you need technical colour references, please contact the studio.

Bespoke

We also create bespoke pieces for clients, and can change the colour ways to fit in with any interior scheme. Please contact us with any queries at info@catherinewhiteinteriors.com.
